As a critical function within the firm, our compliance professionals are embedded across investment and investment services teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
About the ESG Compliance Internship
If you’re interested in a career in ESG & Sustainability Compliance, our 10-week ESG Compliance Internship offers hands-on experience at a complex global firm. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to:
- Developing internal tools to monitor ESG factors
- Evaluating the impact of global ESG regulations on asset managers
- Assessing ESG risks and opportunities
- Enhancing the firm’s global environmental footprint
- Creating internal ESG reports and updates
- Conducting research on sustainability priorities and best practices
- Preparing instructional documents and training materials for ESG initiatives
Summer Internship Program at Aurevium
Beyond your day-to-day role, our summer internship program includes:

What's Required
- Bachelor’s degree (expected Fall 2026 – Spring 2027)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for sustainability and ESG (related coursework is a plus)
- Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the team
- Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical standards
Compensation
- Annual base salary: $75,000 USD (prorated based on internship duration)
- Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level
