What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain GenAI-centric front-end applications and components deployed across the firm
- Continuously improve existing platforms and create new ones using the latest technologies and software development methodologies
- Collaborate closely with other technology teams to advance cross-team initiatives and promote best practices in UI development
- Ensure scalability and performance of front-end components to meet growing user demands and data volumes
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, maintaining high coding standards and fostering a culture of innovation
- Implement robust testing strategies, including unit and integration tests, to ensure the stability and reliability of the user interface
- Develop and maintain documentation for front-end components, supporting knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members
What’s Required
- 5+ years of experience in UI development, with strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Proficiency in modern UI frameworks, such as React
- Knowledge of REST API integration
- Experience using version control systems, particularly GitHub
- Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and experience with unit testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and provide technical guidance
- Proven experience with design tools, such as Figma

Compensation
- Annual base salary: $175,000 – $250,000 (USD)
- Discretionary bonus compensation
