Data Operations Analyst – Ecliptic Data Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join our global team. This role is essential in maintaining our large-scale research infrastructure and ensuring the smooth execution of live trading across global markets, including equities, futures, options, and other financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 support for mission-critical data pipelines.

- Oversee daily operations, including data validation, cleaning, security audits, and reporting.

- Manage incidents, communicate with users, and provide reports for leadership.

- Develop tools, documentation, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

- Handle complex permissions and entitlements across multiple systems.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing support or operations role.

- Experience working in Windows and Linux environments, both on-premises and in AWS.

- Proficiency in SQL Server and Python.

- Financial industry experience is preferred but not required.

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

- A commitment to integrity and ethical standards.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary range: $100,000 – $150,000 (USD).
