The Facilities team at Aureviums provides high-level corporate services supporting our global offices. Our responsibilities include real estate, property management, construction project management, operations, maintenance, critical systems engineering, and security.  


Facilities and Critical Systems Engineer Internship  

If you're interested in Facilities and Critical Systems Engineering within an investment firm, Aureviums’ 10-week internship program offers valuable, hands-on experience.  

Interns will gain exposure to:  

- Designing and implementing facilities projects, including data center expansion and upgrades

- Assessing and mitigating risks associated with critical systems

- Participating in emergency response and recovery efforts

- Managing and maintaining critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation)

- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs

- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

- Supporting procurement processes for critical environment services

- Liaising with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors


Summer Internship Program at Aureviums  

Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, the summer internship program includes:  

- Mentorship from experienced professionals

- Networking opportunities with interns, senior leaders, and teams across the firm

- Exposure to different functions, including Trading, Finance, Trade Support, Compliance, and Technology

- Training sessions on technical, writing, and presentation skills

- Participation in social events, volunteer opportunities, and educational sessions


Requirements  

- On-site presence required, with occasional travel between New York City and Stamford, CT

- Bachelor’s degree expected in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027

- Coursework in MIS systems (or a related field)

- Familiarity with facilities-related software (or willingness to learn)

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent analytical, communication, and technical skills

- Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical standards


Compensation  

- Annual base salary: $75,000 USD (prorated based on internship duration)

- Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level
