Market Data Analyst – Aureviums Data Services Team
The Market Data Team within Aureviums’s Data Services Team plays a critical role in managing the firm’s real-time, reference, and fundamental market data needs. We are seeking a Market Data Analyst to support our expanding data requirements and strategic business initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with investment professionals and internal teams to manage data requests, enforce data governance, and enhance vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities
As a Market Data Analyst, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with market data providers, third-party vendors, and exchanges.
- Act as a liaison between investment teams and market data providers to manage and fulfill data requests.
- Coordinate internal workflows by working closely with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Research and track service changes, policy updates, product offerings, and industry trends in the market data space.
- Administer data permissions for investment professionals and trading applications.
- Conduct data audit exercises, ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
- Maintain and expand Aureviums’s data library, providing relevant and up-to-date information for portfolio managers, researchers, and internal teams.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in investment research (buy-side, sell-side, or research/data providers preferred, but not required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record.
- Experience with data management tools (e.g., DACS, EMRS) is a plus.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with compliance and intellectual property frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for proactive learning.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $100,000–$125,000 (USD) *(excluding discretionary bonuses and benefits)*
