Market Data Analyst – Aureviums Data Services Team
The Market Data Team within Aureviums’s Data Services Team is responsible for managing the firm’s data and research needs. We are seeking a Market Data Analyst to support our expanding data requirements and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with investment professionals and internal teams to manage data requests, enhance vendor relationships, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
As a Market Data Analyst, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with external data and research providers.
- Support investment teams by managing and fulfilling daily data requests.
- Coordinate internal workflows, liaising with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Research industry trends, market developments, and emerging datasets to enhance data sourcing.
- Maintain and expand Aureviums’s data library, ensuring portfolio managers, researchers, and business teams have access to relevant and up-to-date information.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in investment research (buy-side, sell-side, or research/data provider preferred, but not required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record.
- Experience in data management is a plus.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with compliance and intellectual property frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $100,000–$125,000 (USD) *(excluding discretionary bonuses and benefits)*
