What You’ll Do

As part of the Technology Team, you will:

- Extend our STP product coverage and optimize existing workflows.

- Assist traders with issues surrounding the trade flow of listed macro products and OTC derivatives.

- Contribute to the development of our Macro Trade Capture platform based on C#, React, and SQL Server, as well as assist with OMS/EMS implementations.

- Configure, manage, and provide level-2 support for our internal STP FIX infrastructure, which processes trades for all businesses within the firm.

- Help users understand and use the tools built by the team to drive efficiencies in their daily work.

- Collaborate with Technology and teams across the firm to deliver cross-departmental initiatives that align with the firm’s business priorities.

What’s Required

- 5+ years of experience with C#, Java, SQL Server, React, and Python.

- Prior experience with the STP process in a financial firm.

- Deep understanding and extensive hands-on experience with order management systems and integrations with external trading platforms.

- Familiarity with FIX protocol and FpML standard.

- Basic understanding of financial markets and asset classes, including fixed income, FX, commodities, and derivatives.

- Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

- Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this role is $220,000-$285,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors.
