Within Finance, our Technology Business Management team is responsible for financial reporting and analysis for the Technology organization. This includes financial control, forecasting, budgeting, business metrics analysis, and developing new reporting capabilities. The team also maintains the chargeback/allocation model and seeks opportunities to improve efficiency.

What You’ll Do

As a specialist on the Technology Business Management team, you will be involved in all aspects of financial planning and analysis for Technology. Your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in the financial planning process for Technology, including annual budgets, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, and capital reporting.

- Driving continuous improvement in processes, reporting standardization, and simplification.

- Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast expenditures, operational performance, and assess strategic opportunities.

- Collaborating with technology leaders to deliver financial information and insights that support effective decision-making.

- Enhancing the allocation/chargeback process and supporting the creation and management of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with business partners to provide finance guidance and insights.

- Proactively communicating business implications based on analysis, contributing ideas to resolve potential challenges.

- Presenting analytical findings in a clear, concise manner to drive actionable plans.

- Managing ad-hoc requests to support strategic business goals.

What’s Required

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, operations research, statistics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills with experience in financial reporting and accounting fundamentals.

- Ability to efficiently model and analyze large datasets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present financial results and recommendations to Senior Management.

- Exceptional attention to detail with a process-driven approach.

- Strong Excel skills to enhance and streamline current processes.

- A commitment to the highest ethical standards.

- Experience with the Apptio product suite is a plus.
