Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer at Aurevium

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Strategy Officer. The ideal candidate will exercise good judgment in various situations, demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to work independently under pressure. This role will require handling a wide range of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

What You’ll Do

- Manage a complex calendar for the Chief Strategy Officer and ensure they are well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

- Arrange detailed and complex travel itineraries and agendas, compiling necessary documents for business trips.

- Follow all internal policies and processes, including travel and expense reporting, and collaborate with Compliance for necessary approvals.

- Exercise strong judgment when conflicts arise, proactively handling matters and ensuring successful completion of projects under firm deadlines.

- Organize and facilitate team engagements, social activities, and outings.

What’s Required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong internal relationships.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive problem-solving approach with strong decision-making ability.

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Exceptional client service skills.

- Experience working in a global organization and managing global stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and WebEx.

The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000 (USD), excluding discretionary bonus compensation and our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
