Investor Relations Operations Team at Aureviums
The Investor Relations (IR) Operations Team is part of the Investor Relations and Capital Development function, supporting the firm’s capital management plan. We facilitate new investor onboarding and address ongoing service requirements for both internal and external investors. Our team is committed to providing quick, high-quality service while collaborating closely with teams across the firm, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Communications, Compliance, and more. The team is based in Stamford, with flexibility to work from Aureviums’s New York office.
What You’ll Do
As a member of the IR Operations team, you will be part of a lean and dynamic group dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to our investors. Specifically, you will:
- Process high-volume routine investor transactions such as subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions.
- Work closely with the firm’s administrator across all areas of the operations process.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Aureviums fund documents, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Tax teams.
- Support the Head of IR Operations on monthly deliverables, ongoing projects, and strategic priorities, including technology systems enhancement and reporting automation.
- Assist the Capital Development team globally and respond to investor queries.
- Manage the Employee Investment Program by developing, maintaining, and servicing employee investors in the funds.
- Manage the IR Operations components of CRM.
- Contribute to the Operational Due Diligence process managed by IR Operations.
What’s Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in investor relations operations and/or investor services at a top-tier fund administrator or hedge fund.
- Direct experience with subscription and redemption document review.
- General knowledge of Blue Sky, New Issues Status (IPO), Form PF, AML/KYC, ERISA, FATCA/CRS.
- A process-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment on when and how to escalate issues.
- A team player focused on achieving team goals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

The annual base salary range for this role is $125,000-$130,000 (USD), excluding discretionary bonus compensation and our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
