What You’ll Do

If you have a passion for solving complex challenges and driving innovation to address human capital priorities, this role is for you. You will think strategically while working on key initiatives and projects in areas such as organizational design, employee relations, culture, diversity, and leadership development. You will also need to roll up your sleeves and work closely with your HR team members. In this fast-paced and evolving environment, you will be a true partner to the business. Specifically, you will:

- Develop and execute people strategies in support of business objectives, focusing on diversity and inclusion.

- Provide advice on performance management, leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and employee separations.

- Build strong, effective relationships with clients, offering tailored advice and expertise to meet specific business needs.

- Use data to identify trends, address root causes of issues, and inform decision-making for the business.

- Partner with the broader HR team, including Compensation, Benefits, and Legal across U.S., UK, and Asia.

- Execute talent management strategies with the recruiting teams to support business objectives.

- Lead reward strategies by collaborating with the Compensation team to help drive meritocracy.

What’s Required

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- 7+ years of HR business partner experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent judgment and experience assessing risk relative to business needs.

- Proven project management and change management experience.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and articulate issues to diverse audiences.

- Ability to work effectively across multiple geographies and partner with various teams.

- Proven experience building trusted relationships with clients and partners.

- Previous experience with HR reporting and analytics to generate insights and track key HR data.

- Ability to execute talent initiatives firm-wide with excellence.

The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$250,000 (USD), excluding discretionary bonus compensation and our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
