Program Manager, Strategic Implementation
The Office of the CAO leads key enterprise functions in partnership with business units and other functional leaders to support the firm’s growth. We focus on disciplined controls, risk management, and continuous process improvement to enable scalable and sustainable operations.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the Strategic Implementation team, responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to execute projects that support business growth. Specifically, you will:
- Lead delivery of cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Define program objectives and create plans in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders.
- Organize programs into workstreams and define the structure for each program.
- Establish program governance and facilitate workstream meetings with stakeholders.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, simplifying complex issues and providing clear, actionable recommendations for senior internal clients.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, project teams, and internal partners.
- Analyze business problems and collaborate with teams to develop solutions and reach consensus on decisions.
- Assist in the development and deployment of strategic operating models, documenting the current state and designing future states for people, process, and technology.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of initiatives across functions.
- Prepare and present regular program status reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of program outcomes and their integration into the organization.
What’s Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 8-10 years of experience at a hedge fund, financial institution, or consulting firm, with a proven track record of leading teams and implementing complex initiatives.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to organize and lead diverse teams, perform detailed work, and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to generate innovative solutions and think outside the box.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on implementing best practices across teams and the firm.
- Demonstrated experience driving results independently, with a focus on delivery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients to drive decision-making and build consensus across groups, seniority levels, and interests in a global organization.
- An inquisitive and analytical mindset, capable of gathering and synthesizing information to challenge assumptions and recommend solutions.

The annual base salary range for this role is $230,000-$265,000 (USD), not including discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
